PLEASE NOTE: These are our GUIDELINES for returns, please contact us by e-mail or (888) 294-5597 for more information on any specific return you may have. 

Returns on normally stocked items must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

Returned merchandise should in original, unopened packaging including all original accessories and instructions.

Certain items are not eligilible for returns:  Tools, Test Equipment, Semi-Conductors (IC, Triacs, Op-AMPs, etc...), Cut Wire, & Chemicals.

We will not take back merchandise that is not in original packaging, missing instruction manuals or accessories, excessively worn packaging, abused, damaged from incorrect use, dented, marred, etc... 

You must have an RMA# to return any merchandise.  You will need to email or call us to obtain an RMA#.  If any merchandise is sent back without an RMA# it may be refused or charged up to a 25% restocking fee.  

We reserve the right to charge UP TO a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise, we will contact you upon receipt of your returned goods if we feel a restocking fee is necessary. 

Any order that is refused at the shipping destination and sent back to us will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Freight charges will never be credited for returned items

Tool and test equipment sales are final*, if you purchase a tool or piece of test equipment and realize it is not what you wanted call us IMMEDIATELY so we can help you get what you need. 

All cut wire sales are final*, please make sure that your are ordering the correct type and length of wire.

Special order sales are final*.
