Question: Do you have a minimum order amount?
Answer: YES, WE HAVE A $10.00 MINIMUM ORDER.  We have to do this to cover the cost we have associated with pulling & packaging your order.    

Question: Do you sell to wholesale or government accounts?
 YES!  We have online discounts available for all industrial type accounts.  We are an approved GSA vendor and we deal with government purchasing cards on a daily basis.  Fill out the "Wholesale Accounts" or "Federal Accounts" links on our homepage and we will email you a password so you can browse our online store and see our even lower wholesale pricing.  But don't stop there, if you see something you need in a large quantity just email us @
sales@willyselectronics.com with your request, we may have the ability to offer even lower pricing!

Question: I'm a federal or wholesale buyer trying to place an order on your website but there's no way to remove the sales tax, what can I do?
Answer: We probably have not set-up an account for you yet.  Which means our system doesn't know that you should be tax exempt yet AND you're probably seeing our retail pricing instead of our lower wholesale pricing.  It's best if you email Dustin Twamley in major accounts @
dustin@willyselectronics.com , remember to use the email address you used to set-up your online account, from here he can make the necessary changes to allow you to view wholesale pricing and there will no longer be any sales tax during your checkout process.  If you're in a hurry give him a call at 858-279-5800 Ext. 301. 

Question: What happens after I place my order?
Answer: First you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email with all of your order information. Next we receive your weborder into our brick & mortar location at 1:00PST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), we try to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. 99% of the time we will email you the same day by 6:00PST with a UPS or Fedex tracking# or with information regarding your order.  If at anytime you want status of your order just simply reply to your confirmation email and ask for status.     

Do you have NET30 terms available?
Answer: Yes we do have NET30 terms available for customers with approved credit.  Please call us for more details.

Question: I can't find what I'm looking for on your website, do you have more available?
Answer: YES!  We only have about 75% of our inventory available online so we may have what you need here in our store.  Also we have many resources available for special ordering and sourcing products.  If you can't find what you're looking for on our website just email us @
